Dear Colleagues:
This national and global phenomenon is complex and difficult to understand.
When the pain of oppression forced deep within the collective psyche can no longer be contained its spontaneous combustion drives quakes and aftershocks across society.
I am reminded that when a volcano erupts no one gets to determine the direction of the lava flow or the path of its destruction.
I am praying for our nation and our world this day.
I pray for you and I solicit your prayers.
