Matthew 15:14 -18
14 Leave them; they are blind guides.[d] If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.”
15 Peter said, “Explain the parable to us.”
16 “Are you still so dull?” Jesus asked them. 17 “Don’t you see that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and then out of the body? 18 But the things that come out of a person’s mouth come from the heart, and these defile them.
A Deadly Pit
At this time the only human beings who have insight with regard to the changing aspects of COVID-19 are physicians. The rest of us have no understanding of the complexities of this deadly pandemic. We follow the science as it is revealed to us in order to stay alive.
Be careful who you follow these days. What is in the heart of the leaders that you let guide you? Are they working to keep you alive or is it a matter of political expediency or monetary gain? What is the source of your information and what makes it reliable?
In short, millions of people have been vaccinated safely. To date, the vaccinated survive the variants of COVID-19. The unvaccinated suffer and/or die. Is that not the equivalent of falling into a pit?
Check your source of information and the leaders that you follow. Are they trained to offer medical advice? What is in their hearts? What do they really want? Is it your health, your money, your allegiance to a particular ideology, or your vote to keep them in power? Who are the leaders that deny the vaccine to a world in panic because they have no access to it? What is their motivation in allowing others to suffer during this global crisis? We will all heal or we will all suffer together.
You decide whom to follow and be wise about it! This pit is deadly!
